For me . Just ok the only thing was deposit so expensive rm300. Check out to early 11 am. The card to enter apartment n parking lot too difficult to use. Always error. Parking rm10 per day. Some of security was so rude and not well manner. So disappointed

Not bad for 2 rooms stay. Maybe can think of the way to stop smelly vapour come from the drainage.

Apartment 3 bedrooms is great for 2 families. With all utensils and dryer, tq. But appreciate if owner can consider giving 2 access cards and 2 parkings because with 3 bedrooms, you should expect more than one families coming. With one access card, very hard to live if one wants to go to mall and the other one wants to go swimming, as the lift need to use the card. For parking, the other car need to deal with management by luck, if lucky can get extra parking with extra payment, if not then its not their problem. So...will think twice if wanna come renting large unit.
