Dejlig moderne lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt. Meget fin, lys og moderne lejlighed med en fantastisk udsigt. Dejligt med strygejern, strygebr?t, vaskemaskine, f?nt?rrer, mikroovn, k?leskab, fryser mm. Fine store rum med gode m?bler. Alt var rent og p?nt, og badet var super godt. Mange og godt placerede stikkontakter. Ind- og udtjekning var nemt og effektivt. Venlig og hurtig respons fra udlejer. Alt i alt et meget godt ophold, der leverede, alt hvad de lovede. I bygningen er der adgang til en super l?kker pool og hyggelig bar og restaurant. Sengen var lidt h?rd i forhold til min smag.

Wonderful location - just 10 minutes walk from Petronas Twin Towers, a couple of minutes to the nearest Monorail station. But! The inside - some stuff is broken, no cooking equipment (pan or pot), no brash or sweeper. Cockroaches in the kitchen area and the fungus in the bathroom. The pull on the roof is OK. But there is no direct sight to Petronas towers - the new higher building hides them from you. Meanwhile you can see Menara Tower…

I was shocked when the concierge staff told me they do not handle my booking. I was curtly advised to contact property management in my booking and "wait for someone to come down to pass me the key." I felt that the hotel concierge staff was unfriendly and dismissed me too quickly when I showed them my e-booking from trip.com. I went to another concierge staff to enquire, and again I was met with cynicism as the staff enquired if I had paid for my booking. I told him I booked from trip.com and of course, payment would have been completed. In the end, the person I eventually liaised with told me I need to make a $200 deposit (which was not indicated in my booking at all). I was upset as I thought this might be a scam. But thankfully, we got our deposit upon check out. The person has limited English and most of our conversation seemed to be lost in translation. He used phrases like "we cannot find your booking" "it's closed" "you can cancel". It made me panic for a sec. Thankfully everything was okay. Lesson learnt.

Mye for pengene. Greit rom til meget hyggelig pris. Litt forviirrende ved innsjekk og utsjekk siden det ikke er et hotell, men leilighet i et hotell/boligbygg. Super beliggenhet med kort vei til severdigheter.

Amazing apartment Amazing apartment, great location and stunning view from both apartment and of course the rooftop pool. Really kind and serviceminded staff and fast assistance.
