Guest：i had a great stay at compston house megan let me check in before 4pm on the friday witch was good . i had a great sleep in the bed but the breakfast was the hightlight it kept me going all day whist out hill walking it a great location just round the corner from the bus stop .
Guest：Just back from a group of friends staying in Ambleside whilst we competed in a trail race. There were 12 of us and John and Megan were outstanding hosts. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and ranged from ‘cosy’ to spacious. Clean linen, towels and supplies topped up whenever requested outside of normal room servicing. Special thanks to Megan for feeding 12 of us (plus other guests) with breakfast all at once with efficiency and a smile all the time. Would definitely recommend and we’ve already booked for next year Oh and breakfast is brilliant.
