  • Guest：Came here recently with friends during our visit to Puno for a night. The room was a little small but the beds were comfortable. Bathroom facilities are basic and clean. Staff are very helpful during our stay to address questions, resolve issues such as heating, and find out information about what to see in the city. Breakfast was simple but good choices available.
  • Guest：Decent location. Room not as nice as photos, thick black mold all over ceiling if bathroom.
  • Guest：My room appeared to be quiet at first, although a bit smelly through the ventilation-window of the bathroom; but the hotel turned out to have a very, very loud elevator. Avoid any room even remotely near it; as the staff themselves use it all night long, just for 1 floor at a time. Even worse, the gas-aggregate for the boilers was switched on at 02:45 AM, which made the entire building vibrate. Not a great hotel if you actually want to get a good night's sleep.
  • Guest：Me agrado la higiene en las habitaciones de primera , brindado buena estadía y comodidad , el trato de parte del personal en atención muy buena , el.desayuno bufett recomendado también la buena atención del personal a cargo. La ubicación del hotel muy cerca al centro histórico de Puno.
