Super Lage, gutes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück und freundlich sowie hilfsbereites Personal. Einziger minus Punkt ist, das die Sauna im Fitness Raum liegt, keine umkleide oder Ablage vorhanden, kalte duschen oder einen Ruhebereich gibt es nicht.

Dit was echt niet goed…. Stinkende kamer (riool), gemeld maar er werd alleen een luchtverfrisser aangeboden. Badkamer is zo lek als een mandje. Er komt water uit het plafond! Ook bij het lichtpunt, echt gevaarlijk. Wederom gemeld (met filmpje om het te laten zien), er zou naar gekeken worden. Geen idee of dit gebeurd is. Plafond is de hele vakantie blijven lekken en geen terugkoppeling gekregen over wat er (niet) gedaan is. Hadden half pensioen. Zeer beperkte kaart. Je eet eigenlijk de hele week hetzelfde. Bediening is echt niet best. Er gaat veel mis en je mag blij zijn als je 1 drankje krijgt in de hele lange tijd dat je er zit omdat het eten zo lang duurt. Locatie is overigens wel perfect. Hotel or hostel at the Last stop of coach T73 which we took after transfer from T75 from Grenoble bus station ( next to the Grenoble train station) using one ticket at €7 plus per person. We bought at the train station ticket counter but you could buy direct from driver too.
We tried some of the free ski bus shuttle routes eg Line 1, 2, 3, 4.

Stayed in annex, 5 min walk from Diable lift. Warm room, hot showers. Narrow beds we found uncomfortable and fairly noisy outside at night on main road. Rooms cleaned twice in the week, so dont put towels on floor as suggested. Staff evrywhere were lovely. Food was good, but tables in restaraunt too close together, felt like a canteen, not somewhere to linger and enjoy a glass of wine. You also get free caraffe of water, and have to clear up your table after eating, but was no problem. For the price we paid, i was happy enough, though Eu9.50 for pint of Carlsberg and Eu29 for cheapest bottle of wine is pushing it a bit. Plenty of supermarkets bars and restaraunts about, so do the math! Enjoy

Great location for Diable lift giving access to slopes. Bus stop also nearby & access to Venosc gondola to visit this old village on foot. The hotel was very good value on half board with simple good food & lovely helpful staff. Rooms are on the small side but have been refurbished & the beds are comfortable & bathroom excellent.

Room clean and nice. Evening meals supposedly served until 8pm. Arrived in restaurant tonight at 7.45pm with my wife, one soup bowl left, I had the last bowl of lukewarm soup remaining, my wife could not as no more left, she had the last spoonful of beef main course that was remaining, we were told by the waiter that more beef would be cooked for us, we left after twenty minutes as this did not arrive and we are now paying for a meal in a bar near by.

Great all round!
Lovely room, great amenities, team were great. A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the ******* system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. Will certainly return.

H?tel bien placé dans la station. Chambre propre, simple et efficace. Rideau occultant et lieu très calme. Petit déjeuner très bon et très complet. Je recommande !

Geweldige locatie op een topligging, alles was goed bereikbaar. De kamer was ruim, schoon en stijlvol ingericht. De bedden lagen heerlijk, echt topcomfort. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, vers en superlekker. Alles klopte gewoon, van ontvangst tot vertrek. Een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar kwaliteit, rust en een goede nachtrust. Hier komen we zeker terug!
