Feels Like Home!
Returning to Orchid Homes felt like returning home! A simple but lovely guest house, location is ideal for access to the UN Compound, and an easy walk to Craft Centre or Village Market. Wifi works well, staff is friendly, rooms are clean.

The service of Orchid Homes is very bad. The taxi we ordered with Orchid did not arrvive at the airport.The breakfast was hardly eatable. The ambiance of the staff was not very symphatic exept for the doorman. The house is old. The pool is very tiny and not inviting because its not behind the house but in front.Ofcourse by leaving we were supposed to give a tip while the place is already far to expensive for what they offer.
We very much enjoyed the location and the facilities. Maggie was extremely friendly and Susan (online) was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable and included mosquito nets. The bathroom is basic, but clean and correct. The hotel is greatly located in a safe area in Gigiri, where you can safely walk even at night to Village Market.
