Our last trip to Shimla brought is to Parimahal Homestay. We usually stay at one of the hotels on or near The Mall Road, but on this occasion, we decided to try a homestay. At Parimahal, we were made to feel welcome from the point of first contact. Mannat is a wonderful host and was always on point with advice and information. We arrived late in the evening and wee a little lost following Google Maps, but Mannat was kind enough to come to where we were and we followed him to the property. The Homestay is a bit of a steep walk down from the main road, which is a mini adventure in itself! The property is modern and clean, with necessary facilities and amenities in the room. Mannat and Shivani are wonderful hosts who made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. We had access to the kitchen area, which was great for late night snacks. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the quality and comfort of our stay and even more delighted by the hospitality of our hosts.
