We stayed here last minute for a rest during a road trip. The staff member was very helpful in organising the key drop-off. The location suited us well, as it’s right off the highway and close to a petrol station and McDonald’s.
However, we were quite shocked to arrive and find our room door left open, which was unsettling. While the room was tidy, it lacked overall cleanliness (hair in the sink). The bed was comfortable enough.
For what it is, it served its purpose — a budget motel suitable for a quick overnight stop on a road trip.
Fridge in room noisy when compressor started, sign asking us to wash our own dishes but NO towel to dry them with . Street noise at night especially from service station across the road. Won’t be using this hotel again as a stopover.
Convenient and value for money. Accommodations in need of an upgrade/face lift but this aligned with the price.
Only issue I had is heater did not work well (couldn't get it to warm the room) and bathroom was not the cleanest.
We were a late check in, staff were great to deal with and helpful (late check in kiosk was broken, so they called us ahead of time to advise of back up plan to obtain room key).
I don't normally do negative reviews however my sheets had some sort of scratchy black crumbs when i went to get in and looked like someone else had slept in them. Really dated and in need to some TLC
