Guest：We booked this hotel based on the five star reviews and we wern't disappointed, as I agree with the majority of the reviews. I could easily award 10 stars to the reception staff Eyup and Ercam, the friendliest staff ever, they always referred to us by our names and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so nice, I gave them both a gift of chocolate. Our room was also lovely, A22, facing the pool and had all the amenities we needed. We were thankful of previous reviews that highlighted the need to bring own tea and coffee which we did. Location nice and quiet, only 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants we found, especially Lime restaurant and the Limon Tree, our two best meals by far. Pool was large, but absolutely freezing and too deep for me to stand, as I'm only 5ft 1. The only reason I've not given five stars is that I wasn't keen on the breakfast, albeit, plenty of fruit, which was good and so was the tea urn and coffees, but the hot food was a bit of a let down, I. E., no sliced bread for toast, it was just small pieces of French baguettes. (just my personal opinion) Pool area, there were plenty of sunbeds but they are too packed close together. The pool umbrellas are huge so if someone next to you had theirs up, it blocked out the sun for us, who dont like the shade. Music around the pool area was either great or monotonous, guests asked for the music to be changed on one day, as it was like being on hold at a call centre. Rooms were cleaned daily and maids were super friendly. We saw the female owner daily, and maybe I expected too much having read how friendly she was, as I didn't see her interact with any of guests until the final day and she came to say goodbye as we're getting on the coach, she gave us a hug, which was so nice, so maybe it was just a language barrier. Hotel location is right beside the ferry port, so super convenient, albeit a bit noisy when sunbathing and I could smell diesel fumes on occasion. Overall though, there were more positives than negatives and Eyup and Ercam are definitely the reason why I'd return.
Guest：A wonderful hotel. Having never been to Dalyan before and seeing the reviews for this hotel we definitely made the right choice. Rooms beautifully clean and nicely decorated, loved the Turkish lamps was a nice touch. Everything you need in the room too. We particularly liked to go in the gardens looking out to the river so relaxing and peaceful. Pool and bar area also clean and inviting. Breakfast delicious and plentiful, beds were comfy, good showers too with plenty of hot water. Was a nice calm and quiet hotel and staff were all lovely too, if you needed anything or wanted information.you just had to ask. Hotel position was great, not too far to the restaurants and main shops and boat trips. Recommend the car ferry over which is right beside the hotel to see the ruins and tombs. Would throughly recommend this hotel. It was nice that the owner was there to see us off too. Hope to visit again.
Guest：Wij komen hier al jaren en het is altijd goed.en de douche is prima ook voor ouderen er komt hier jong en oud .wij zijn hier ook altijd met ons kinderen geweest en nu zijn we met ze twee?n .het personeel is altijd vriendelijk en de barman (Ramz) is fantastisch.
Guest：Fantastisch hotel. Niets is te veel! Waar je bij andere hotels vaak wifi, ontbijt, kluis etc moet bijbetalen is hier alles incl. Schoonmaak elke dag tot in de puntjes. Helemaal niets op aan te merken. Vriendelijk personeel. Fantastische ligging aan de rivier, prachtige tuin. In een leuke plaats waar nog iets van de echte Turkse charme over is gebleven.
