Really oitstanding experience. Lovely hotel with very comfortable rooms in a beautiful. setting. Nice sized clean pool with ample sunbeds. Owners on site were always very helpful. Tasteful decor. Delicious breakfast

This is a perfect place to stay in Swellendam. The rooms are modern, very clean and there is really evwrything you can think of. The swimming pool and surrounding is great to relax. The breakfast was fresh and very complete. Thanks Chere & Calvin for the pleasant time, all the tips and nice conversations! We are looking forward visiting you again very soon??

Wir haben von Plettenberg Bay nach Franschhoek einen Zwischenstopp in Stellenbosch gemacht. Dies hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist der perfekte Erholungsort nach einer anstrengenden Fahrt. Die Zimmer sind perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Mit Musikbox und kalten Getr?nken. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge und den sch?nen Garten. Nebenan ist eine kleine Pizzeria wo man gut essen kann oder die Eigentümer haben super Empfehlungen für tolle andere Restaurants. Wir haben 2 N?chte dort verbracht und k?nnen dies sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber.

Dit is echt een fijne plek om te relaxen maar er is ook in de omgeving veel te doen en veel plekjes waar je heerlijk kunt lunchen en/of dineren. Alles is superschoon en ziet er verzorgd uit. Complimenten ook voor de inrichting . Cheré en Calvin zijn beiden zorgzame , hardwerkende mensen die weten hoe ze hun gasten in de watten kunnen leggen. Ontbijt is fantastisch inclusief verse jus. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug !!!

Very nice, large, clean rooms – very friendly welcome and very nice hosts. We were completely satisfied and enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was also excellent. Whenever we are near Swellendam again, we would definitely stay there again.

Lovely and friendly owners, the grounds are extensive with beautiful gardens, the facilities are superb as well as being vey secure with a gated entrance. The pool and deck area are very inviting. Our room was lovely and spacious with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. There was tea and coffee available plus a fridge and an honesty bar. The bed was very comfortable and the shower in the spacious bathroom was excellent. There is a guest lounge also with tea and coffee and an honesty bar. It is also very spacious and comfortable. The dining room for breakfast is also lovely as was the delicious breakfast with plenty to start with and a good choice for a cooked breakfast. All in all a lovely guesthouse run by people that care and cater for one’s needs. Many thanks.

This hotel is a tranquil oasis - the perfect stop off at the start of our garden route adventure. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Delicious breakfast!

Our stay at Bloomestate was absolutely wonderful. The excellent service, the location, and the friendly en caring owners make it more than worth a visit. The owners gave us also great tips about the area and where to eat. They are happy to make a restaurant reservation for you. Our room was perfectly decorated and had a fantastic view. The bed was incredible comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay at Bloomestate to everyone. As soon as we are back in South Africa we will definitely return.

This is a wonderful place in which to stay if visiting Swellendam. The property is very well appointed and offers everything one would want for a very relaxing stay. Cheré and Calvin, the proprietors, do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable and successful. I simply cannot recommend Bloomestate highly enough.
