A charming small boutique hotel that truly exceeds expectations. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay, with only a minor issue related to room cleaning. The room was beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches such as special teas and warm water bottles in the bed. Breakfast was included and presented in a unique and enjoyable way, making it feel special compared to standard hotel breakfasts. We also enjoyed a very good dinner at the hotel. Exceptional value for money. The location is ideal—on a quiet, narrow side street with little traffic, away from tourist crowds yet close enough to walk to most attractions. Highly recommended.

Ha sido, sin duda, el mejor hotel en el que he estado. El trato recibido fue excepcional, con un personal muy amable y siempre pendiente de cada detalle. El alojamiento es precioso y todo en el hotel está cuidado con muchísimo mimo. Lo recomendaré a todo el mundo. Inmejorable experiencia.

从马丘比丘回来火车晚点到酒店已经是晚上10点了，一进门就感受到暖暖的，夜床铺好还有热水袋，这是这一路睡的最香的一晚，酒店装修的非常有格调，早餐自助餐，也可以单点，咖啡也非常好喝，推荐！

酒店位置很好 在老城区 离武器广场走路六七分钟
酒店内部环境很不错 装饰很漂亮 也很乾净
房间也整洁乾净 但房间里没有排气扇 衞生间的味道很难散掉 特别是没有窗户的封闭房间 几乎散不掉
服务就很难説了 订了带窗带阳台的高级房 check in时説房间没了 给我升级的房间 结果“升级”的房间是一个没有窗户的全密闭的房间！我不同意 但酒店説没房了 “讨论”结果 是给我免费晚餐 我没有选择只能接受…
