We went for an annual family Christmas dinner and the food was delicious and the service was fab. The restaurant itself was lovely. Would 10/10 recommend.

The location was perfect with regard to the village and the whole of the Cotswolds. The room was tidy, the breakfasts were delicious, there was nice private parking, and the house was easy to access from the road. The greatest success factor was the host David, who was not just extremely friendly and helpful, but also had a marvellous sense of humour. He eally made us feel like at home. If ever in this neaighbourhood, we will surely return.

Rooms were very comfortable with every amenity you could think of. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, milk and water provided in room. Bed was super comfortable. B&b was just a few minutes walk from the village, easy parking and in a quiet position. Breakfasts were excellent with a very good choice. And David, the host was wonderful. Very helpful and an interesting character! All round excellent B&b

Throughly enjoyed our stay. David is an awesome host, very friendly and welcoming. David gave us maps of places to see and walks in the area as well as places for dining which was very helpful. Great breakfast and accommodation handy to town and restaurants.

My mum and I had an exceptional stay at David’s property, which is in a great spot just outside and walking distance to the busyness of the town. On site parking was great to have. The room was comfortable, and had every amenity we needed (including fresh milk in the fridge for tea and coffee). Breakfast was generous and delicious. David was a wonderful host and gave us great suggestions for a day trip around the area.

Stunning bed and breakfast. Owner David is so welcoming and makes a fantastic breakfast. Would highly recommend. So close to the town and will definitely come back.

Having stayed at Coombe House in June 2025 We were highly delighted with the accommodation, plus the superb hosting of David the owner. Could not find anything to complain about. If you decide to book this accommodation you will not be disappointed.

There isn’t one thing I didn’t like about Coombe house. It was a really charming inn and the host was amazing! David was super friendly and helpful. He had great suggestions on where to eat and things to do. I feel like we went in as strangers and left as friends. He made the atmosphere so friendly and easygoing that we met and chatted with the other guests, too, but it never felt forced. Our beds were comfortable and the room was thoughtfully laid out, with nice amenities including a refrigerator with milk for morning tea or coffee. And the breakfast! I had granola with yogurt and berries every morning AND scrambled eggs with salmon. I normally would never eat that much, but it was well worth being stuffed because everything was so fresh and delicious. My daughter had the pastries and a variety of other things on the menu, and she liked her breakfast as much as I did mine. We visited many towns and villages in the area and Bourton -on-the-Water was the nicest in my opinion. Coombe House is just on the edge of the village, so it was a quiet location, but only a five minute walk to everything. We loved it!

We stayed here 2 weeks ago for 2 nights and what a little gem. We were visiting the Cotswolds for a week and stayed in 3 places, this was by far the best. The room was spotless, comfortable and with everything you need. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and lots of choice and served by the host David. He is very friendly and helpful. He runs this with pride and should be proud, you enter as a guest but feel you leave as a friend. You will wish you could of stayed here longer. We will visit again

What a delightful experience. Dave is a fantastic host very warm and quite the perfectionist. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and tasteful and the breakfast was delicious.
