  • Guest：The hotel looks okay at first glance, but it soon becomes clear that the maintenance is lacking. There are significant differences between the rooms. We were given a bare room, with beds whose upholstery was already very worn. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and the toilet could hardly be flushed. Which is a big deal. The wellness area was also not clean. The salt bricks in the salt cabin were already gone, the mortar they were used to put them on stood out sharply. The cooked meals are excellent, the breakfast is also plentiful. The staff is kind and helpful.
