酒店装修风格现代，设施较新，衞生良好离火车站近，车站边有Tesco，去温莎和牛津很方便，房内无冰箱和免费水，早餐普通。

I stayed for one night .tge hotel took a deposit of ￡50 on my credit card and it’s been 4 weeks it has not refunded back . I went back to enquire on my next visit after 3 weeks and the manager said they will do a force refund from the accounts department but still my deposit is showing pending .
Can you please release the deposit as it’s been 4 weeks since my stay

服务态度非常差 当天到的比较晚 床单上有污渍和头发 然後床头柜上有饮料洒漏的痕迹 叫来经理 一副无所谓的样子 而且不包含早餐 房间太小了 不会再去

Everything is good except there was a long queue during check in and the process was a bit slow. Cheque out was quick and easy.
