This is the best hotel in saranda. Me and my family / friends always come here when we go to Saranda. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always clean and the rooms are beautiful. Very good prices and sooo worthy. Close to the beach and all the restaurants / nightlife. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel more personal and relaxing. They even bought a gift for my son, which made him really happy. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made our stay even more special. The location was perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I can't thank the team enough for their outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to my friends and family!

Gentilezza e disponibilità . In centro di Saranda. Camera grande e comoda con balcone vista mare. Colazione dolce e salato servita da loro al quarto piano con panorama mozzafiato. Non mancava nulla. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Lo consiglierei.

Siamo andati in coppia con un tour per tre notti. A prima vista la stanza è molto accogliente e carina con un bel panorama, purtroppo molti accessori non funzionavano: la televisione non si accendeva (nemmeno nelle altre stanze), la cassaforte non si chiudeva, l’aria condizionata non si poteva accendere perché viene gestita a livello centrale, la luce del lavandino non funzionava, il bagno è vecchio, c’è la vasca con una tenda di plastica e non c’è la doccia (le foto di presentazione non valgono per tutte le stanze !) alcune stanze hanno la vasca idromassaggio ma era staccata ??, un giorno ci hanno messo un asciugamano da bidet sporco da usare per il viso, ecc I gestori sono stati molto maleducati quando abbiamo fatto presente le suddette condizioni e hanno sempre parlato in albanese dicendo di non capire né l’italiano né l’inglese ??, anche se nella presentazione dell’hotel c’è scritto che parlano entrambe La colazione è stata servita nel terrazzo al 4’ piano all’aperto con una temperatura autunnale. I gestori controllavano ogni gesto dei clienti e rimproveravano le persone che secondo loro avevano preso una quantità abbondante di cibo e lesinavano i caffè espresso

STRUTTURA: Buona ma mancava una sala colazione interna per cui abbiamo dovuto farla in terrazza che poteva andar bene in piena estate ma a ottobre era piuttosto freddo e sicuramente non piacevole ACCOGLIENZA: Hotel gestito da una coppia albanese. Decisamente negativo il comportamento della signora che si è mostrata anche sgarbata in alcuni casi. Controllava attentamente a colazione se qualcuno, secondo lei, abbondava nel prendere dal buffet qualcosa. Massima attenzione al risparmio, eccessiva sicuramente (es.: nei contenitori del sapone liquido alcuni, me compreso, hanno trovato acqua e anche le ciabatte erano riciclate - senza bustina). Non capisco davvero come abbiano raggiunto una valutazione di questo tipo per cui metto in discussione tante recensioni che leggo sul web

Amazing experience. Extremely clean and beautiful. The whole staff was super nice and always ready to help.The hotel was well isolated,even tho outside was loud inside nothing could be heard and the bed was very very good.The breakfast had a lot of choices. Wish I could stay longer. Will definitely come back again.

The owners end staf was very kind end helpful for everything whatever you ask they will help you with smile. The room inside was fantastic 10/10 everything was soo clean the view aswell 10/10 i sugest everyone to visit this hotel. End this hotel beat’s all the prices around.

Hotel molto pulito, accogliente con dei proprietari molto disponibili e gentili , gestito con molta attenzione ai loro ospiti. Abbiamo deciso da un giorno al l’altro di andare a saranda ,telefonando il proprietario molto gentile ci ha dato la disponibilità di 2 stanze .ci siamo trovati benissimo, riposati e rilassati ,le camere molto belle , pulite ,letti comodissimi e nessun rumore . Posizione comodissima Lo consiglio veramente a chiunque!
