Nestled along the shores of Lake Chuzenji, some rooms offer breathtaking views of the lake and the majestic Mount Nantai. The Japanese-style rooms are spacious, featuring tatami flooring, scenic areas, and comfortable beds, perfect for enjoying the beautiful autumn leaves! A special thanks to the two staff members, Lisz and Yuka, for their excellent service and fluent English in introducing each dish. They were truly professional!

At this price point, I felt my staycation experience is boring and disappointing. Upon arrival at the front waiting area, we waited almost 20 min just to wait the cable car to reach. No one serve welcome drinks or even send luggage’s to our room. We do it all on our own. It says it’s 4 star rated hotel, the service is questionable. The dinner that is served takes forever to come, the taste of the eel soup is questionable too. As for Japan standard, I don’t feel it’s worth the money for this staycation. The hotel staff speaks minimal English and hard to communicate. I would say the hotel is ok if could come at low season with low rates, otherwise don’t speak big money just bored and sleep in the room. They don’t have any facilities besides onsen for guests. So ya… it’s disappointing

第一次入住星野的界系列酒店，非常满意
主要日光这家‘’界‘’的上酒店缆车，很值得体验
酒店距离车站特别近，看似在山里，实际出门不远就是温泉街，很繁华，同时又很隐蔽
装修是特别日式的风格，极简?侘寂风
我个人非常喜欢
喜欢这个系列风格的人会非常喜欢，如果喜欢奢华繁复的风格就不推荐这里，来了会失落
另外酒店有免费的咖啡，茶吧，以及无限量果汁?无限量冰淇淋，所以小朋友玩的比大人开心
温泉景观特别美，樱花季节温泉望出去就是，红叶季节，满山院子里都是
整体来説，酒店并不大，类似小小度假村，但是细节，景观，以及活动还挺多，夜晚有免费的活动表演，晚餐的怀石料理是高级好吃的，早餐是日式料理，味道也很不错
值得体验的一家酒店，高级风却又没有拒人於千里，服务态度很舒服。
另外开车五分钟，附近一大堆好玩的主题乐园，景点，这个也是推荐原因～～

酒店位於鬼怒川的一座小山包上，需要乘缆车出入，装修风格简约大气，环境幽雅，住客不多不嘈杂。温泉略小，水温适宜。餐饮比较配不上星野的牌子，无特色，品质跟酒店价位相差较远。

星野的界系列已经不需多做介绍，就是讲究舒服的服务与清幽的环境。饭店离喧嚣的地区有段距离，还得搭专属电梯才能从停车场到大厅，适合自行开车前往的旅客。温泉很棒，人不多，可以好好放松。房间相当宽敞舒适，有古典的设计感，相当令人放松。如果有点预算，相当推荐。
