  • Guest：Upon arrive we discovered we booked the wrong date for two rooms, unfortunately by the time we had changed the dates only one room was left available. The very kind lady on reception whom a assumed was the hotel manager said she would make a room available worked tirelessly to ensure she would find me a room within a few hours and to relax in the bar and maybe enjoy some food. True to hey word she did just so, she cleaned a room that had a bathroom leak and made it just perfect. I later discovered to my surprise that Michelle was not the Manager yet housekeeping star, I was shocked at the level of customer service and to go over and above to exceed expectation to ensure I had my own room and didn’t have to share with my. colleague. This Lady needs a promotion take note Premier Inn management, some of your staff are impeccable.
