hotel clean and tidy , staff inert, food good ,. the bed oh well , lets say sleeping on the floor would have been more confortable ,the mattress died at least six months ago ,but still being used ,staff informed on check out but showed no real apologies . the following night i had a excellent nights sleep at a travel lodge for half the price !! there was nothing Premier about my nights stay.

A transformative stay in this surprisingly modern hotel experience. Incredible people, well run, true caring hospitality - all at unbelievably excellent value.

This hotel looks a bit grubby on the outside but it's nicer inside thankfully, the rooms are clean and good value and breakfast is nice too, could do with some staff to welcome you on arrival and assist if needed.

I’d like to highlight and bring to your attention for recognition of your staff members while staying in this hotel- I’ve stayed in many of your hotels throughout the UK and I must say from the food service from Kenzie and his friendly and approachable attitude was top notch and moving onto to the late nite staff at the hotel bar/restaurant Issy and Ash … they’ve been amazing, so friendly, welcoming and I felt so welcomed and their attention to detail was impeccable. I must say there a credit to your company and great team members- recognition is definitely needed for these guys and I look forward to returning again.

Probably one of the best premier inn hotels I have stayed in. The staff are very friendly and the food at the restaurant is fantastic. I've stayed several times since October for work and the standards are extremely high. Credit to the staff for keeping this place clean and welcoming.

Our room was comfortable but the breakfast service was an embarrassment. Hopefully just a one off bad day but we were shown to a table which was partially wiped in front of us and then left to find our own cutlery. The hot food selection has no eggs, or bacon available. I guess not picking up the half a slice of black pudding was my choice, so I won’t exaggerate and say there wasn’t any. We’ve had lots of good experiences at other Premier Inns but can only review what we found on this stay which was a long way short of our expectations.

Very Nice hotel away from the madness of the city centre. Room was absolutely spotless, Reception and bar area very clean great choice of drinks. Shoutout to Sam and Emma on reception awesome people very professional and tend to your every needs. Thanks to Ashley, Bethan and Jason on nights also very professional and made sure your needs are always met place would fall apart without them??

Staying locally as my husband was having an operation in a nearby Hospital . location was perfect as we’re all the immunities there my room was very comfortable. I stayed in one of the Premier plus rooms and it had most things that I would simply like to have except for fresh milk and breakfast tea. ignore staying by myself. I felt very safe when I locked the door. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed

Location is easy to find and parking is easy. Staff friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. We paid for an upgrade and worth the money. Quite. Evening meal was good and price reasonable. Will stay again.
