The food was a but below traditional ryokan standard in term of skill and taste. The onsen smell so strongly of chlorine.

Добирались на автобусе отеля от вокзала. Автобус на вокзале долго не стоит и никого не ждет. К сожалению напротив отеля идет стройка набережной, поэтому вид из окна не был удовлетворительным. В отеле чисто, персонал дружелюбный, онсен интересный, но уставший. Завтрак хороший.
Был доступ в "аквапарк" в соседнем здании (переход через 2 этаж). Бассейны около 1 м. Есть одна горка. Для семейного отдыха неплохо, но для взрослых будет просто неплохо.

比想像中的更加好，晚餐和早餐非常美味。水准高。
房间也舒服空间大，有温泉浸，旁边还有一个儿童游乐场和水疗世界，真棒。

Wife and I traveling from the USA. We found this place to be ideal for a pre and post Nakasendo trail hike (although the trail itself was not that special). The staff was friendly and spoke English well enough. The on-site onsen (separate sexes) was clean and perfect for after a hard day’s hiking.
Breakfast was fun and a bit of a hurdle if you’ve not had Japanese-style breakfasts.
Hotel decor seemed straight out of the 1960s, but it found it charming.
One suggestion for hotel: list the times of the free shuttles from the train station more prominently on your website.
