Wow. Of course we wouldn't offer cereal (complimentary) without milk. We have signs everywhere, in our compendium on the counter in room, mentioned in the text sent to you day of check-in, and finally, for those who miss all of that, the front of the fridge displays a large magnet that fresh milk is available in our guest kitchen. So yes, it would be a banging idea to have milk.
