Interesting review, I'll tell the whole story since you have missed out most of the truth. You requested your room to be ready at 11am, this request was declined as there was no way we could have your room ready then, Despite being told this you arrived at 1130 and called me wanting your room. you were then told by me that your room was not ready, I was unable to give you a key as guests were still in the room and that is a safe guarding issue. I offered to get the cleaners to take your luggage while you were at the graduation and i explained to you where our after hours pick up box was to collect your key when you arrived back outside of our office hours, This was still not good enough for you. Yes our office is closed between 10am and 2pm this is very common in hotels that people run alone as you can imagine we have a lot to do. There was also 4 cleaners onsite when you arrived. You were out of pocket $150 because you booked a non refundable room through a 3rd party agent. On a side not emergency housing no longer exist and we have never been an emergency housing provider.
