Guest：Friendly Staff and Great Location, But Room and Bathroom Need Improvement I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff during my stay — they were always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made a positive impression. The room itself was nicely decorated, but unfortunately, there wasn't enough storage space for clothes, which made it a bit inconvenient for a longer stay. The biggest downside, however, was the bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell coming through, and it definitely felt like the bathroom could use an update to meet modern standards. Breakfast was quite basic, but acceptable for a short stay. The location is excellent if you're looking to be right in the heart of the action — surrounded by clubs, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. However, the noise from the street can be disruptive at night, which impacted my sleep. Overall, this hotel might be ideal for younger travelers who are more focused on nightlife and location than room comfort. With a few upgrades, especially to the bathroom, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

The location is perfect — just a few steps from the beach, and also close to restaurants, shops, and the lively city center. The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made the atmosphere feel very welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with local flavors and enough variety to start the day well. For a 3-star hotel, it really exceeded my expectations — the value for money is excellent. If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay right on the beach and enjoy the charm of Crete, this hotel in Hersonissos is a great choice! ???

The location of the hotel was also ideal: central yet quiet, making everything easily accessible. Cleanliness and service were clearly a top priority here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to return in the future.
