Guest：This was a suitable hotel for a one night stay to attend the arena for strictly come dancing. The room was basic but what we expect for such a cheap deal ￡54 it was comfy, quiet and warm, the only annoying things were the fan in the bathroom that stayed on for ages and the wall heater in the room made a tinging noise now and again. The two ladies in breakfast were working flat out and both did an excellent job, couldn’t fault them or the breakfast which was a good quality. We would stay here again
Guest：Had a brilliant stay at Premier Inn Nottingham – everything you’d expect and more. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable (best sleep I’ve had in ages), and the location is perfect for getting around the city. A special mention to Morgan on the team, who was genuinely so helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted for us and made the whole stay feel extra welcoming. Customer service like that really makes a difference.
Guest：Great place. We've stayed here a few times. The hotel itself was pleasant, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, and the location was convenient for getting around. 10 min walk into Nottingham City center. We were attending an event in NG1 area. However, a big downside was the parking. Parking is charged separately from the hotel and is very expensive, which felt disappointing and not clearly justified. It added a significant extra cost to the stay and took away from what would otherwise have been good value. It’s a shame, as this unexpected expense overshadowed an otherwise nice experience. I’d recommend the hotel, but only if you’re prepared for the additional parking charges or have alternative transport arranged.
