The hotel has been recently refurbished and it is spotlessly clean. The staff is most friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice. The location is very good with lots of dining options and close to some tourist attractions. I would stay here again.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom especially Clean but the smell was from the pipes terrible smell

Air conditioning did not work. the room was hot and stuffy so we really could have used it. we informed them and they told us it was working fine the day before. they kept telling us it was fixed now (about 5 times) but it never was. I cannot recommend staying at a hotel that has either incompetent or dishonest management. a simple apology and even a slight discount for our inconvenience could have prevented this review

Excelente Hotel central , a 5 min da fonte de trevi , café da manh? simples mas completo, atendimento maravilhoso .. com certeza voltaria .. so o ralo do box q parecia está entupido,pois demorava a escorrer a água do chuveiro , talvez por ser encana??es antigas ..

ótima localiza??o Café da manh? fraco, com pouca variedade, um dia chegamos faltando 1hora e 30 minutos para acabar o café da manh? e quase n?o tinha mais nada, isso aconteceu somente 1 dia. Quarto é bom, silencioso, mas a cama n?o é muito confortável, mas sem problemas. Fomos com nosso filho de 7 anos e nos ofereceram um quarto duplo, que foi excelente. A localiza??o é perfeita para conhecer os pontos turísticos a pé. O staff é muito agradável.

Fantastic service and experience 朝食は种类が豊富でとてもおいしく、部屋も清洁感がありとても居心地がよかった。またスタッフの方たちのサービスもとても素晴らしく、チェックイン予定时间よりだいぶ早く到着してしまってもすぐに部屋の准备をしてくれたり、毎日备品の补充や部屋のクリーンアップもしてくれた。また何より、スタッフの方たちの人柄が素晴らしく、素敌な笑颜で迎えてくれたり、ひとり旅でやってきた自分に対して気さくに话しかけてくれたり、トラブルにあったときもアドバイスなどしてくれたりして、とても頼りになったし、スタッフの方とも楽しい时间を过ごすことができた。もしまたローマに滞在することがあれば、ぜひまたこのホテルに宿泊したい。

Excelente hotel El hotel estuvo excelente. En medio de todo lo que queriamos y a pocos minutos caminando a la fontana de Trevi. El servicio espectacular, sobretodo Armina en el lobby. Hay personas que te hacen sentir especial, a pesar de haber otros huespedes, y Armina es una de ellas. Volveriamos al hotel.

Not very nice This hotel was pretty dumpy. Absolute bare minimum in the room. The bathroom was fine. The bed was lousy. The worst part was that it was on a major road and there was a lot of noise all night. Nice location-a couple of blocks from the Spanish Steps. Lots to do there. No terrace. Not clean enough. Breakfast was nice. The people were very nice and someone was at the desk 24-7.
