The room was very large and spacious and extremely comfortable. We had a shared toilet, but in room shower and sink, which was workable.
Only 4 parking spaces out front, so if they are full Canterbury East Railway Station, a 5 minute walk, is the cheapest and most convenient alternative.

Convenient stay right near the town, and the owner is very chill and kind.

No staff at all, room was very loud and not clear enough, the whole place had a very weird layout with a lot of stairs in the building. For 87￡ a room it’s outrageous

Unique property in wonderful location. All was well, just could use a bit of an upgrade to get 5 stars!

Our room 6 was advertised as king bed but only double.
Very tired decor.
Meet-up with friends who had travelled down to meet us they had no toilet!!!
Had to go upstairs to the toilet.
When we left this morning no one around .

A perfect location near the old town and Cathedral. Very comfortable bed and duvet. Did not read the fine print to realize the shared bathroom was on the 2nd floor but was not a bother. Would definitely go back again,

It's not large but so cozy and confortable room.
I used room 5 and it was so lovely.
I felt a little unconfortable when I wasn't able to flush at the loo, because it was slightly difficult to do that.

Make all arrangements when first arriving.
Great stay but no one to answer the listed Emergency Phone number for use when property is not staffed. Everything was great but when trying to store luggage for a few hours at the end of the second day stay there was no one available at property nor on the posted emergency phone number
