Of the positives, it was spacious, comfortable and very well organised. Fantastic place for a family of four. But the negative was, after paying € 350 a night, there was no room service to clean the room & no house keeping for assistance. With the amount you, zero services. Which is lacking & must be improved. We were even asked to remove our bedsheets, pillow cases and throw our trash by ourselves to the rubbish bin 500 meters away

Close to train station as well as tram for skiing. Worked great for our family.

Better than I thought (July 19-22)
I have to say that I expected this place not to be as nice, the pictures didn't look that good but we booked it because we just wanted a place to sleep with a kitchen for a short stay in Zermatt. As soon as we walked in we got a great feeling to be staying there, the bathroom was very spacious and there was a lot of room for my family of 4 to spread out. We were very close to the train station and near a Denner (supermarket), our street was so cute and it felt like we were in a true Swiss Village. The weather was hot and we asked the owner if she could provide fans and she said she didn't have any. Also not a lot of bedding available. The comforters were very thick and the owner didn't have light sheets to provide, we were very hot the first night even though the outside temperature dropped lower if we open the windows the bugs were coming in as there are no screens on the windows, and there were bugs... like flies.. big ones too lol - The owner came back to collect the tourist tax the night before our departure and kept telling us over and over how we had to leave the house, take all the sheets down, throw the trash, do your dishes, which I knew from her 1st instructions by email so it was annoying to keep hearing it, I told her nicely that I got it! I had read the email. Overall, nice stay and affordable.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood which is close to train station, dining and shopping.
