Overall is Good. Value for price. Car park provided and parking fee changes per night only RM20.

The unit was fine, except that I think mineral/drinking water should at least be complimentary. And the wardrobe has the wood smell, which makes me don’t want to put my clothes inside. But they prepare hangers, hairdryer & iron with board which is good. The unit is clean with easy check in & check out process, and the person in charge is very easy to deal with. Hated the parking situation though, I need to park by the street or else need to pay rm20 PER DAY which is daylight robbery. And I think they need to clean the sofa as well it smells bad that I wouldn’t even dare to sit on

There is no tissue paper, toilets paper perhaps better standard, bath towers are old and washed… no hand towels. Staffs should understand English better , even Malay hard to understand. This is not a complain, just an input to make the hotel better.

Stayed for a couple nights and would stay again, parking was paid and was not cheap. Guest was paying 20rm and hour

Overall the receptionist is not really helping need explain that I booked for others.

The staff is very friendly & so helpful, i requested to check in my kids before i arrived they just say yes. Then my hairdryer is not functioning they quickly replace one for me. I will stay here again for my next visit. Tks u so much.

Everything is good. But the main door lock is broken. You can open the main door directly without scanning the access card. This makes me feel unsafe when I leave the house. This apartment is very close to bangsar LRT station and only 1 station away from kl sentral. I am not happy with the trip.com app, it never shows the hidden cleaning fee correctly and it is not included in the total fee when you pay by credit card. You only know that when you pay, it will show a big letter that you need to pay 35 ringgit cleaning fee. I think the trip.com app needs to show more details when guests pay

床在阁楼，危险四方埋伏。没告示牌，安全围栏不足容易堕楼丧命！楼顶只有1.7m ， 灯槽，灯5CM。我一米七，碰头，刮破头了。
severe safety issues that can kill you !!
Bed at Mezzanine floor , no protection rail by the stair which is huge drop ! Ceiling clearance height is 1.65m my head got injured by scratching the power rail on the ceiling. No proper signage
