Guest：Stayed here for 1 night , for wifes birthday saturday.....lovely stay. Good price...room was adequote for our 1 night stay..bed was super soft slept very well.. Clean hotel., peice for 1 night stay was good . Will dwfinitly stay here again...
Guest：If you’re coming to Wakefield and weighing up your options for accommodation, I would definitely stay here. Ok - it’s a little shabby around the edges, but it has a lovely old building character and the staff was lovely. My room was amazing! Big room, four poster bed and chandelier ??. Was not expecting that. Comfy bed too (most important for me when stopping for work). It also had a fridge. Also nice when you want to have real milk and wine for the evening.
Guest：Such a beautiful room. Very friendly helpful staff. I would return as the location is perfect for Theatre Royal and Art House. The views of town and countryside a delight with spectacular sunsets. Sleeping in a four poster bed just an added bit of luxury.
Guest：This weekend 5th August 2023. York House Hotel hosted our Daughter's Wedding. We cannot recommend them enough. From all the assistance they gave in the running up to the day to the day itself they were so helpful, friendly and professional. The food was absolutely amazing, every guest commented on the quality and size if the portions. We could not have had a better meal in a Michelin restaurant. All the staff were extremely attentive without being overbearing. Guests bedrooms were furnished with extra touched such as white roses on the bed which were most welcoming.
