Stayed here one night when I had to visit the US Embassy (it’s within walking distance which is great because traffic and parking in that area is terrible). The man working the front desk was amazing - gave us a great dinner recommendation and went above and beyond to help me print some forms I needed for the appt! Would stay again.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, especially George. He gave us very informative suggestions on what to do for our next trip. The breakfast is excellent, featuring high-quality options and a great variety that starts the day perfectly. Moreover, the entire hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. A truly outstanding experience—highly recommend!

This is very nice hotel, with all your basic amenities included. Safe parking lot, hot showers and filling breakfast. The stuff is very attentive - like holding your key ready as soon as you enter a lobby, immediately bringing you requested things, smiling and calling you by name. It’s located right in the middle of SJ, close to the center or shopping mall, national stadium and US embassy.

Estadia de acordo com valor, café da manh? bom, nosso quarto estava em um lado que vinha muito barulho da rua, foi difícil dormir.

It does the job for a place to sleep, is clean (which is of utmost importance), but clearly past its prime. It does not give off a vibrancy aura and I imagine, sadly, its light will continue to dim. Staff very courteous albeit less present than would hope for (no one to discuss possible solution to lack of hot water & the cold evening shower on a cold rainy day was tough). Folks also seemed unenthused to be hosts (I don't blame them cause it's hard to be "on" all the time...but hospitality calls for it). Appreciate having this place as option to stay esp since close to/in town. Was ok for my purposes for one night. If you're looking for glam (or family spot), this may not be it.

Muy bien ubicada, a sólo unos pocos minutos de restaurantes, coffee shops, supermercados, etc. Las caba?as rodean jardines y fuentes de agua que relajan. Tengo la impresión que hay pocos estacionamientos para la cantidad de habitaciones/caba?as que tienen, por lo que te recomendaría llegar temprano a hacer check in. Nos hospedamos mi familia junto a mi mascota. Nosotros dejamos la habitación donde nos quedamos muy limpia, pero aún así la joven que revisó la habitación dijo en recepción que el piso estaba muy sucio. Me llamó mucho la atención esto, porque nos esmeramos en dejar todo en buenas condiciones, ya que nosotros también tenemos hospedajes. Cuando escuché que la joven dije esto le respondí que me sorprendía mucho si limpiamos el cuarto antes de salir. Es la segunda vez que me quedo aquí y es un protocolo de ellos pedir depósito de garantía al entrar y para devolverlo te revisan la habitación.

Zentrales Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt ok, Max 2 Pers Ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr hellh?rig, sehr dunkel (kein gutes Licht). Sehr gute Lage. Ausreichend Betten für 4 Personen aber keine Privatsph?re. Kein A/C.
