Hello Ambar, We are sorry to hear that the water in the shower was not hot enough. Fortunately, my wonderful staff wanted to make sure that you are satisfied so they gave you access to another room so you can enjoy a shower with hopefully the appropriate temperature for you. Regarding the wifi, the connection is fast and strong. So, we are sorry to hear that you had issue with it. Knowing that, our knowledgeable staff would have helped you with the settings of your devices to have a better signal. Next time, feel free to ask them if you have some issues with the heater, they will explain you how to set it up and do everything they can so you can have the best stay.
