First house we got to was filthy and we ended up moving, the second house was better until we discovered we had mice. They offered to move us again but no way we were moving everything again we had three cars full. When we told the manager about the first house he moved us but it didn't seem to come as a surprise it was filthy. The manor pub was lovely and food beautiful and staff were lovely in there, swimming pool was lovely too nice and warm kids enjoyed it. Only downside no lockers and no private changing. The site itself could be amazing it just needs some TLC, spend money to make money. Could do with a little shop that actually opens too as everywhere is at least a 5 to 10 minute drive.

I really enjoy visiting Atlantic Reach. Friendly staff, pleasant fun atmosphere in the cafe and the staff (especially Jacob) are super friendly and pleasant to deal with. The site also has loads to do including Cornwall Laser Tag, a fantastic gym and swimming pool and a soft play area for the little ones. I definitely recommend this place and Jacob is lovely.

1. Booked as family in June, asked to be pitched together but this turned out to be a huge drama! Despite on arrival witnessing multiple empty pitches, just to be pitched together was a huge drama. 2. The slip and slide, lazer quests, pub (Amazing food, seperate review and leisure centre (including pools, are ALL separately owned individually owned businesses. With the above noted. Pitches were uneven and though originally in Watergate, apparently having e put he's together was "huge inconvenience and lots of work" we were placed in the back hole of Crantock - The noise from traffic was terrible and not expected for a camping getaway.. Many walks across the site made it evident pitching together in a more family friendly pitch would have been possible, but made to feel like Karen's just to pitch two tents together, despite empty sites. Lazer quest was about 10 pound per person for 30 minutes. But the fun had was incredible and no complaints. It was fun The Manor pub... food, service, atmosphere all amazing... there are an independent business. Do not make the mistake of thinking they will be as crappy as the campsite.. they deserve a better location Outside pool - NOT HEATED, plus lacks toliet... Dirt floating Inside pool - heated, serves purpose... small and cattle market feel to book. Crazy golf - it is there, kids played, got bored quickly.. small. Shop - what shop??? Staff - on site, rude! Everything is made to feel like a huge massive issue.. however the lazer quest and pub, which ARE NOT Atlantic Reach and are independent- AMAZING.

We came for 3 nights as we wasn’t ready to leave Newquay, we stayed in our caravan, Ladies shower block was lovely looks new, the part where the indoor pool is nice, but the pub on site wow it needs a good clean and abit of a make over, maybe just cleaned would make a difference the ladies toilet stinks so bad and out side round the out door pool is poor needs a Gardner and a wash, staff friendly good location and lots to do for the kids

We went as a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) and stayed in a 4 bedroom cottage. The cottage was great and bigger than we were expecting it to be. It was a little tired in places but for a weekend away it was ideal. The beds aren't the comfiest, we would recommend taking additional bedding and pillows to pad it out. It came equipped with your basic kitchen needs. Take tea towels, washing up supplies and bathroom towels (unless you pay to have them included). The site itself was good. Had an indoor heated pool and outdoor pool which the kids loved. We parked well but we were out of season so i can image the site isn't at it's busiest when we went. The on-site restaurant was only open thurs-sun i think.. but again we didn't go in peak season. Only a small section was open in which we watched the Euro final and decided to go back to the cottage at half time. You do need a car to get into the center of Newquay and to any nearby beaches as it's 10/15 minutes outside depending on traffic. We would stay again, but would need to take additional things to make it more comfortable.

The houses were very well equipped, set out in a modern way so all could sit together. The hot tub was fantastic, we were in it every day. I appreciated the downstairs bedroom next to shower room as I find stairs difficult. The children loved the swimming pool & went a few times.
