Guest：On our arrival day we were running really late and didn't turn up until 9.30pm. We called ahead and was reassured this was not a problem. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very big and the bed was comfy. There were plenty of options at breakfast, and the home-made bread was lovely! It's clearly a popular place as they had 2 baby showers and a birthday on the weekend we were there.
Guest：We had a fantastic afternoon tea at Baytree House. You could clearly tell the food was all homemade and freshly baked. It also tasted so good. Nothing was too much trouble and Liz even made me plain scones specially. Looking forward to visiting again.
Guest：Stayed here last week had a lovely big room ,and comfy bed .The photos don’t do this establishment justice ,it’s a quirky place the host couldn’t do enough for us .It was very quiet and very close to the beach .Continental breakfast was included into the price was very nice .We will definitely be returning .
Guest：Baytree House is a lovely B&B. Liz, the owner, is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. Lovely and comfortable bedroom. Excellent continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Nice location, close to the sea and Sparrows Nest.
