Guest：Amazing weekend at Te Mata Glamping Had an amazing time at The Mata Glamping. Stayed at Hill top residence. The staff is so helpful, very nice breakfast and wonderful atmosphere.
Guest：There was nothing short of “the greatest experience with the uncomparable service”. This compliment is for Khun Sand, our butler or what they call Glam Host. She made our 1st anniversary short trip the one that we truly wush it was a lot longer. Let me tell you how wonderful she was. I ordered a special decoration to be setup in the bedroom to surprise my girlfriend. The setup was beautifully and carefully done in the bed. We were happy about that, but we knew it was going to be tear down during the turndown service. But!! Khun Sand went above and beyond by doing same setup (it was lots of balloon and fake candles) on the couch for us during the turndown so when we came back from dinner, the vibe of the anniversary would remain. Moreover, I put my girlfriend favorite teddy bear in the bed before we left for dinner with no expectation of anything. When we came back, the bear was tuck in bed having a really good night sleep! How adorable and how much attention to details Khun Sand had to put in for this magnificent service! There were a few more things she did for us, but it would be too long to tell them all. Any hotel’s owners can invest their money on the facilities, but it takes a lot of luck to have a staff like this in their hotel. Thank you again for making our anniversary a memorable one. P.S. the amenities in the room were also great! They use Dyson hair dryer!

Guest：Absolutely loved our stay at Te Mata 360! It’s perfect for a family of three—parents and a child. The accommodation is spacious and well-zoned, with beautiful decor in every corner while still maintaining a cozy camping vibe. The resort provides everything you need, including an icebox, a BBQ grill, and various sauces. There’s a kitchen area, a comfortable sofa bed, and a spacious living area with plenty of seating. My favorite part was the large tent-style window, which opened up to a stunning view of trees in full bloom. The greenery is well-arranged, offering complete privacy with no view of other houses. If you don’t feel like cooking, there’s a menu to order food from. The swimming pool is large enough for proper swimming, and our child absolutely loved playing in it. The TVs come with all the movie streaming apps, and breakfast is delicious—with the option for refills. Plus, there’s a fun marshmallow roasting activity at night.
