I stayed here for 2 nights and would have enjoyed staying longer. My double room overlooked the garden, was clean and well presented/well kept, with a very comfy bed. It was useful having a small fridge in the room also. There was more than enough choice for breakfast, which was served at a big table. Lynnwood has plenty of parking and is on the edge of the village with a coffee shop, off licence and a cosy pub, where you can enjoy an evening meal. It's also conveniently situated for bus connections to and from the South West Coast Path and for exploring Roseland, Cornwall. Abigail was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble. I would stay again!

Location is ideal for exploring Cornwall. The village boasts a cosy pub, friendly social club and well stshop as well as a small cafe. We had a twin ensuite room which was immaculate and comfortable. Good wifi, fridge in room and biscuits on arrival. Breakfast choices made night before, food is excellent and guests eat around one large table which was great for exchanging experiences. Abigail is the perfect host and is keen to help you with what to explore each day. We would stay again!

We stayed here for 3 nights and would have stayed longer had there been any vacancies. Our double room was lovely with a very comfy bed. It was useful having a small fridge in the room too. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, which was served at a big table with the other guests. Lynnwood has plenty of parking and is on the edge of a village with a shop and a pub in it. It's also conveniently situated for exploring Cornwall. Abigail was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble.

I had a brilliant stay at Lynwood. It was my second trip to Cornwall and I stay at Lynwood twice now. What can I say Abigail goes above and beyond nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are always lovely and clean and well presented/ well kept. There was one particular day where we had no water in the local area so Abigail came round in a bottles of water for all the guests. When it came to breakfast time Abigail’s breakfast are the best the choice on the breakfast menu is very good lots of choices. Abigail’s cooked breakfast is fantastic with locally sourced sausages & bacon from the local butchers. I honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Cornwall the breakfasts are the best is at Lynwood. Abigail was very knowledgeable of where places are and what to do. In my case it was coastal walking. Abigail makes you feel at home when you’re at Lynwood. I can’t recommend Lynwood enough it was absolutely incredible in a lovely little village in a quiet area. Looking forward to my third trip to Lynwood in 2025.

Once again a very relaxing week at Lynwood and as always the Studio was beautifully turned out by Abigail. This is the place to stay in Cornwall if you want all of your troubles to drift away. Typical English weather but Tregony is well placed to visit all of the local attractions. Already booked for next year. Thanks Abigail.

Lynwood House provided us with a great location for a short break in Cornwall, with wonderful hospitality from our host, Abigail, perfect breakfasts to set us up for the day and a comfortable, spotlessly clean room with en-suite in a lovely village between Truro and St Austell. The lost Gardens of Heligan are conveniently close and the village pub provides excellent food and beer after a long day of sight-seeing. We had a lovely stay, Abigail. Thank you so much!

Fabulous friendly place and really lovely hostess Breakfast’s excellent and nothing to much trouble for her, easy parking room very comfortable and tea/ coffee and biscuits supplied etc Excellent location with bus stop right outside for easy access to Truro highly recommend this place

Arrived to a warm welcome from our host Abigail, who then went out of her way to make our stay a real pleasure!. Not only was the house spotless the beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts simply delicious!!. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.
