Ich hatte ein Zimmer gesucht, welches in der N?he meines Arbeitsortes in MH ist. So bin ich auf dieses Haus gekommen.Es liegt etwas ausserhalb und ?hnelt einem ?lteren Neubaublock. Der Empfang war freundlich und kurze Zeit sp?ter stand ich ich einem Zwischending zwischen Hotelzimmer und Ferienwohnung. Alles sehr ger?umig und sauber. WLAN und TV vorhanden . Es gibt eine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle ,Kochplatte und Kühlschrank. Letzterer hat die ganze Nacht mit lauten Ger?uschen auf sich aufmerksam gemacht. Zwei Heizk?rper liefen auf Volldampf und lie?en sich nicht regeln. So konnte ich die Temperatur nur mit dem Fenster regeln. Im Bad gibt es noch den berühmten Duschvorhang ,ansonsten alles leicht abgetragen. Das Frühstück ist mit 9 Euro deutlich zu teuer für das was dann früh auf dem Buffet stand. Parkplatz ist nicht überm??ig vorhanden - Parkhaus ist nicht allzu üppig vorhanden.

Sehr ger?umiges, sauberes 1 Zimmer-Apartment mit Küchenzeile sowie Bad; gr??er als viele Hotelzimmer, daher genau richtig für einen l?ngeren Aufenthalt bei Fortbildungen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verh?ltnis ist in Ordnung, ob mit Frühstück oder ohne. Gute Verkehrsanbindungen in die Innenstadt, die Autobahn ist auch in der N?he. Das Personal ist überaus sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles sehr famili?r gehalten, man fühlt sich wohl; komme das n?chste Mal wieder. Sogar der Chef pers?nlich ist hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um seine G?ste.

Хороший отель,с отличным завтраком.Номера большие с собственной кухней.Есть подземный гараж ,недалеко от отеля магазин Лидл.Рекомендую данный отель и для семей с маленькими детьми.В номере есть диван.

I was lucky to arrive by 10:00 p.m. on the very first day because the reception was about to close and then I'd be out all night!!! and I was not aware of that. There's no restaurant and nothing around: no restaurant, no pubs, only the tram #4 stop 200 m away prevents me from giving a '1'. Rooms are very spacious, even too much, and offer a small kitchen to cook your food. Good if you plan to stay for long time but in this case the price would be really too high. The breakfast is very limited, with average quality and costed me 11€ which I judge too much for what is offered. The only positive thing is that they give free internet access to the guest, though the data speed is very very low.

If your staying with a team / track and field sports etc This place is ideal for basic accommodation The owners are very accommodating The food is very good Supermarket close by Good to have a car No utensils etc in rooms (cooking etc) but the staff are helpful to allow you to borrow

Good place when u are staying at Mannheim for about a week and especially when u want to cook or heat some of your favorite foodstuff. Front desk is helpful and friendly. Nice facility for a fast breakfast. Hotel provided wifi certificates on daily basis. Wifi is slow but manageable. Housekeeping can be improved. The bad thing for me was too soft mattresses.

It was the last hotel available so I booked hère for 2 nights (not expensive! ). I was quite happy, front desk man was very helpful on various points. The room was big and clean, the bed and pillow comfortable, bathroom was clean as well. Internet access worked well (I was on the 2nd floor ), the TV was small. There was a small kitchen (with a fridge), but not very useful to me. The breakfast was not too bad, I could eat eggs and ham, which were good. Of course you cannot expect luxury at this price, but this is sufficient for 1 or 2 nights, especially because people at the front desk have been very nice. Quite far away from city center (but tram station close to the hotel, 'Im rott' I believe). No restaurant nearby, so plan to take something to eat in the room when you come here late, or eat before!
