Large, clean, well-maintained, airconditioned room with comfortable king bed and small kitchenette (large well-equipped kitchen with BBQ on same floor), large bathroom with shower and spa bath. Balcony overlooking the coastline with great sunsets. Located on the main street in the Settlement but with very little noise from traffic etc. Walking distance to the shop, visitor's centre and several eateries. Nearby walking path along the coast, with birds flying overhead, and some nesting near the walking path. Helpful staff, nearby front desk facility and swimming pool available at The Sunset. Great value and suitable for partial or fully self-catered holiday, or else eating out.

先説痛点，酒店的这栋建筑，大概有十个客房。其中五个在一楼的房间，只有正面的门可以通风，后面是封住的，只能靠衞生间的排风扇，所以整个客房通风比较差，因为室外环境湿度高，使房间里有很明显的发霉气味，卖价最便宜的那些房间都是这样。
位置不错，在靠海，走几步就能看到没有任何遮挡的海上日落。多走几分钟就有岛上最大的超市，及可以预订各种旅游项目的游客中心。不过现在是淡季，发团的概率很小，所以还是要旺季来。
房间里有空调电扇电视冰箱微波炉烤麪包机，家俱陈设一般，冰箱里有牛奶冰水，也可以自己泡茶冲咖啡。
不包机场接送，可以代为安排，单程费用40澳元。
