The resort and room was fantastic but 2 things that brought down the overall rating are:
- No daily housekeeping. I would have thought that a resort of this caliber would include daily housekeeping but this is not the case here.
- In the middle of the night, I think around midnight, we were woken up by loud pounding on the door. Resort security said he has a Grab delivery which wasn't for us. This was a first for me. Resort staff going around pounding on doors waking people up. Not acceptable at all.
