El hotel es una ex-hacienda que tiene más de 400 a?os, y obvio no tiene elevador aunque es de 2 pisos, pero cuando traes maletas pues es algo complicado. Las camas son algo duras, pero las almohadas son horribles de duras. Nunca he entendido porque en los hoteles ponen almohadas muy duras

El edificio es precioso. Las habitaciones tienen muy buenos colchones y almohadas y aunque hay radiadores, para las personas “frioleras” es insuficiente. Lo más destacable: el magnífico y muy servicial personal. Cosas por mejorar: el internet, una se?al malísima.

El ambiente fue muy cogedor, muy familiar. El personal muy amable, atento y profesional. Los cuartos están limpios, nítidos. Incluye desayunos y muy completo. El hotel está en una zona o área céntrica. Lo recomiendo mucho!! El edificio o hotel es de época. Como una casona.

Comfy, friendly hotel right in the center of it all. Lovely staff, who go out of their way to make you comfortable. Protip: if you are experiencing some Altitude sickness. Take a seat in the calming courtyard and sip some coca tea. It will set you right for your next outing.

The hotel is so charming! It is in a great location, walking distance to the Plaza de Armas and restaurants. Perfect location if you are using Alpaca Expeditions for a tour (located just around the corner). The service was lovely with 24 hour front desk staff, and the room was so cozy! We returned from a 4 day Inca trail hike to friendly staff and a hot shower. We slept so well here. I wish we had more days at the hotel. Highly recommend!

Personale gentilissimo e discreto. Ci hanno aiutato in tutto, permettendoci l’organizzazione dei trip che prevedeva risvegli alle 4 della mattina, l’uso della laundry per gli abiti da trekking e il lasciare i bagagli spesso in custodia. Abbondanti colazioni con piacevole playlist peruviana di sottofondo. Stile coloniale che lo rende particolare dal punto di vista architettonico. Camere confortevoli. Posizione centralissima, perfetta per spostarsi a piedi per Cusco.

Great place to stay. The rooms are big and comfy. The place has a unique character to it. It feels like I’m staying in a palace from old times. Great service. They were very responsive. They ensured everything was available. Check out and check in were smooth.

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Cusco. Moderately priced. We had a comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast. But most of all the front office staff are lovely and go all the way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. By chance I forgot to ensure one of my bags was loaded onto the taxi and left for airport. The hotel immediately dispatched one of their staff to the airport with the bag. What a lovely gesture. I have never had another hotel ever do this for me and I have to been to over 60 countries.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very atmospheric building. Clean and tidy. Good breakfast. Central location. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others we really enjoyed our first stay in Cusco. . Many thanks for an excellent stay and for all your help.

The Location is Just in the Center of Cusco Its quiet, Clean and tecnical in a good Status. They have a colonial Style Hotel The staff ist very handsome and adorable. They Help you in any Situation , give you recomendations , Its and absolut recomendation , for staying in Cusco!!!
