Staff was extremely nice, especially overnight. Clean and comfortable room, and delicious breakfast. Unfortunately my room had its window facing a party, and that bothered me until 1am.

My 2nd stay was in 603, great view, terrible room. Bathroom ceiling seemed to have mold. The whole 6th floor smelled musty & mildewy as did the room. Room carpet was filthy with stains, needs to be steamed & shampooed. The staff was excellent, very professional & accommodating. Staff moved me to a new room, they're the reason we stayed. They provided 5 star service throughout my stay. The other couple with me was also first in a room was musty with lots of noise in evening from the hostel next door. You need sound proofing in some of those rooms. They were also moved

Très belle h?tel propre. Il est bien situé, environ 5 minutes a pied su bord de l'est et du centre commercial a ciel ouvert. Plein de restaurant à proximité aussi. personnel serviable et sympathique. Ils offres aussi lune boite déjeuner pour les clients qui quittent t?t pour des excursions, il s'agit de demande. Ne pas s'attendre à un déjeuner 5 étoiles mais ?a dépanne.

Bed sheets were not clean, there is old dirty rug covering our room and its entire floor. Paper thin walls, we had problem sleeping since others guest were simply discussing..

The carpet in the room had a large water stain like they had a large water leak. Additionally the bathroom had a strong urine smell. Like maybe someone missed the toilet and then the floors weren’t cleaned properly. Overall the bathroom didn’t seem very clean. The view was nice and the bedding seemed clean. It was in a nicer and quieter neighborhood which was nice.

O atendimento do hotel é muito bom, a localiza??o é perfeita, próxima a vários pontos turísticos, seguro, possível andar a noite. O café da manh? é bom. O quarto que nos foi disponibilizado estava limpo, porém n?o contava com uma janela externa para ventila??o.

It was good for a last minute change in our plans. Room was ok, probably not ideal for a longer stay than a couple nights. There was also a lot of noise from the building next door. I think it was hostel. Good breakfast, and all staff was super nice and helpful.
