Guest：No frills but clean and spacious with free parking and very welcoming staff who were very knowledge about the local area. Vending machine in lobby to provide snacks and drinks
Guest：The hotel was as it says on the box - clean, comfortable and well located. The staff were helpful and friendly and the service station facilities (Burger King and Greggs) helped. Would have expected the price (nearly ￡400 for 3 nights) to reflect the lack of facilities though. There was no daily housekeeping (just a top up service), no fridge, no shelves or cupboards for belongings - and no bar or restaurant. This made a stay of more than 24 hours difficult.
Guest：Excellent stay. Ben on Reception was outstandingly helpful. Room very clean, as was bathroom. Quiet.
Guest：Tired and very basic. The outside of the hotel needs a good clean up/sweep. Bathroom very tired, towels worn out! Welcome was warm and it’s free parking so a couple of plus points
