Guest：Clean, comfortable room. The staff was excellent from check in desk to the “Wave” bar/restaurant. Great location. Nice pool and beautiful birds of paradise everywhere!

Guest：The hotel was not bad but the service at the bar was terrible. We got two complementary drinks and when I went to get my drink the lady at the bar gave me a look and told me to wait because she was having a important conversation with a customer then with a bad attitude ask me what do you want then she put a menu at the bar and then again with a bad attitude serve me and my boyfriend a drink. I don’t know why she was acting like that to us. I went and ask to talk to a manager a nice lady at the reception gave us a complementary voucher for breakfast and said she would talk with her. The lady at the bar kept looking at us and laughing at us that was so disrespectful and again I don’t know why she acted like that towards us.
