We arrived to a great welcoming,Penny was a fantastic host,what ever we wanted penny was accommodating.Breakfast, full English was fantastic and the parfait was delicious.The accommodation was lovely,comfortable bed nice pillows everything we needed was on hand in the room.We would definitely stay again.Ros and Peter.

We had a great stay at Philbeach Guest House. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the seafront and close to everything Weymouth has to offer. Breakfast was delicious. Penny, the landlady, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We brought our bicycles with us, and it was no problem at all to store them safely in the back garden. Recommend for anyone visiting Weymouth.

We had a lovely stay bank holiday weekend. Penny was helpful and let us have a permit for the car park nearby which was great as the b and b is near the seafront. Breakfast was gorgeous with a fruit parfait and Greek yoghurt lovely. All freshly cooked and tasty with local ingredients. We loved our room which was nicely decorated and quite cool as the weather was really quite hot for a bank holiday! Good value would recommend.

On arrival we could not find anywhere to park so the landlady (Penny) gave us a permit for a space right next to the guest house (Good start). We had the room on the ground floor which was quite small but had everything you needed, an iron & ironing board, hair dryer, electic fan, mini fridge also tea and coffee making facilities (with biscuits). The bed was as comfortable as ours at home with soft fluffy pillows. The decor was flamboyant to say the least (all pink & purples) but this seemed to match match the personality of the landlady. Penny is unique, (in a nice way) and nothing was too much trouble for her. My brother came to visit on our 2nd morning and she made an extra breakfast for him. The breakfast was first class and as good as any i have had in the past. Overall, our stay was 10 out of 10 and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others and if we ever return to Weymouth this is where will stay.

What a truly lovely place to stay!!!! Penny and Mike are adorable! So welcoming you feelat home straight away. Full of information concerning Weymouth ... just ask. Downstairs bedroom was an absolute delight. Breakfast was superb! You cannot go wrong!!!! Marvellous it's an adults only guest house. Right on the Promenade so a stroll over road and get an icecream. A jolly good restaurant too besides Rockfish and Seabeats further up the Promenade. You won't get a warmer welcome than what you get with Penny and Mike. Enjoy your stay!!!

Penny is a lovely hostess who has tried to ensure everything you could need is in the room. The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable . The breakfast was lovely especially the homemade yogurt oat and fruit parfait. The 6 of us were made to feel very welcome and we will be returning .

Penny is so friendly and has put a lot into her b&b to ensure you have a great stay. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and Pennys parfait with fresh fruit was a lovely extra. Good location and parking wasn’t an issue for us as we traveled by train. We plan to return in the future ??

Fab stay! Close to beach, shops and bars and restaurants. Penny is lovely and made our stay. Her breakfast is amazing and the place is so clean and smells lovely. Only thing I would recommend is a bit of low music in the breakfast area. Loved our time here and will definitely return. Thank u x
