After a thorough search for a property that will fit our senior Mom's convenience, we found your property. Hotel employees were all responsive enough to all my inquiries. From online to frontdesk inquiries. Booked 1 standard room & 1 family ??Lift is available, which is the main reason why we chose your property for our senior mother ??Whole property was clean and free from any unlikely odor ??Reasonable room rates with buffet breakfast ??Providing a reusable clean glass bottle for drinking water is perfect plus water & ice cubes refilling station ??Plenty of parking space ??Shower heater at the Standard Room was not working but not an issue ??It would be great to have a netlfix option too for the Standard Room ?? Overall, my family enjoyed the overnight stay. Will definitely come back for our next Albay trip. Thanks!

That was a horrible room. I could hear people talking loudly at the front desk, in the hallway, next door and outside the building. Also, it's on the first floor and only has internal windows, which means there's no window unless you are comfortable with passing people watching you. Should have spent the same amount of money on a standard hotel room. Will not recommend for people who need quietness or light.

Boutique h?tel Boutique hotel, donc niveau de service faible (pas de gym, pas de salle de travail, menu petit déjeuner imposé), pas de late checkout alors que l’h?tel semblait presque vide. Chambre standard pour un 4* mais lit très confortable. Par contre quartier très agréable.

Simpático e muito bem localizado Uma boa op??o para quem quer evitar os hotel?es. Localiza??o ótima (fica em frente a uma pra?a muito arborizada), quarto amplo e muito limpo, funcionários afáveis, café da manh? bom, embora com op??es limitadas (n?o é self service). Tem um delicioso café privado no térreo, muito frequentado por jovens que trabalham à distancia. A vizinhan?a tem muitas op??es de restaurantes. Dois sen?es: as portas dos quartos s?o muito próximas e batem com estrondo, incomodando o sono. O prédio tem um único elevador, que n?o chega ao quinto andar, onde é servido o café da manh?; pode ser um problema para quem tem mobilidade reduzida. Além disso, quebrou na véspera da minha saída e n?o havia sido reparado até o checkout (n?o por negligência, mas por dificuldades técnicas).

En que pueden mejorar Hola el hotel está bien ubicado. Buena ropa de cama. Faltan cortinas para tener privacidad. No hay un carro para cargar maletas y no todos tenemos las mismas necesidades. No hay servicio para congelar hielo manejo meds.

Mixed review While we were impressed by the online description, we were upset by lack of lobby and nonfunctioning television. Also, while we booked early for a quiet room, we were given one on the first floor above the cafe, which could be noisy. We enjoyed the staff, the location and the bed. There was no dresser and the shower was hard to regulate as far as the temperature. We love the service and kindness of the staff serving breakfast on the rooftop. Good food also!

Pleasant, convenient, and comfortable Hotel Luca is a lovely little boutique hotel in a perfect location across from a park in Roma Norte. It is modern and extremely clean. The rooftop breakfasts were delightful.

Cute spot Cute little hotel in an awesome location. This is not really a 4star. But it is a nice little spot. Its comfy and the staff is very kind and helpful. The rooftop breakfast is so nice in the morning. Toilet seats that match the toilet so the lid stays up would sure be nice lol

Heerlijk gegeten! De grilled squid is echt fantastisch, maar ook een prima cabbage salad! Heerlijke risotto en Luka's salad! Leuke sfeer! Heerlijk ontbijt! Superaardige dame bij de receptie met veel leuke toeristische tips! Fijne kamer!

不知道是不是旅游淡季，感觉服务不是很好。正常入住时间是14点，因为航班的关系，提前入住了。虽然酒店让我们入住了，但是并没有告知要额外收费，直到办理退房的时候才多收了600比索。而且房间每一天都没有打扫。
