Guest：Spacious, clean old style hotel positioned across from beach front caravan park, with parking out the front. Great hot showers. Netflix was a bonus. Codie’s Place next door hasamazing food & atmosphere. Will be back.
Guest：The Mango Tree is not the newest motel in town, but the central position makes it so easy to stroll down for takeaway or a sit down dinner and a morning beach walk to start the day, no excuses when just it's just a short walk to a great beach. Beaut out door eating/reading area plus a perfectly cleaned room. Great value.
Guest：What a delightful gem this was on our recent visit. We stayed eleven nights and were soooooo well looked after. Sue, Louise and Rose couldn't have done more for us. Apologies for not getting the name of the other "Cinderella " who serviced our unit. We were so well located in walking distance to all the shops/restaurants at Agnes Water. Another wonderful bonus was the Mexican restaurant "attached " to the motel - Codies. We visited three times and were most impressed. We were extremely impressed with Museum as well.
Guest：Very pleasant experience here. Really well priced and excellent location, close to beach and cafes. Rooms are very clean and have been modernised. Off street parking available. The staff person who checked me in was super helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for medium range accommodation in a great spot.
