Guest：An amazing place to stay. An actual New England cottage experience in a lovely New England seaside town. Love staying every year. The location is perfect. The host, Don, is friendly, helpful and attentive. Can't say enough. You will love, too.

Guest：This was my second stay at the John Randall House. I love it for its location, the ease of making reservations, the check in/check out process, the care and concern that the owner and his staff show for every detail. The beds are great, the rooms are clean and all of the guests are conscious of each other as far as noise and the shared spaces. I will be back, it’s a wonderful place to stay in Provincetown.
Guest：The location is very convenient (for arriving by bus or boat, not having a car) and given the very high price of most Pronvincetown accommodations, we were willing to live with the shared bath, a tight fit in the room, and an unfancy breakfast buffet to save money. It turned out great; our room was very close to the shared bathroom, and we never had to wait. The breakfast did include a baked item every day and fresh fruit that were both available throughout the day and not just at breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and there’s a nice porch for sitting as well as the breakfast room when we wanted to sit and read someplace other than on the bed. Don was very nice. This isnt a luxury or romantic couples ideal but very nice for a convenient, reasonably-priced stay in P-Town.
