Ciudad Fernandina has the best staff. Accomodating, courteous and pleasant. Breakfast always have added value like soup, fruits and others, even if its just Ala Carte Meal

The location of Ciudad Fernandina Hotel is simply unmatched - right in the heart of the old town and just a minute’s walk from Calle Crisologo, the iconic cobblestone street of Vigan. The staff were friendly and helpful, consistent with my experience throughout the Philippines. Breakfast was complimentary, which many hotels don’t offer, and although the selection was limited, it was more than enough for me. I booked a single room and I am not sure if it was specific to that category, but it was very small and lacking in basic amenities - no tea or coffee setup, no telephone, and not even a water jug to use with the dispenser in the balcony. I had to request one, and even then it came without a cover. Small details, but they make a difference and are easy to improve. They did provide a free drop-off to the bus terminal for my return trip, which was a nice though I only learned about it after noticing a hotel car parked outside and asking. Overall, I would probably stay here again if I return to Vigan simply because of its location , but I’ would definitely avoid the single room next time.

The property is old charm. The room floors are all old wood and creaks with the age. Unique ambiance and the breakfast was great.

Very convenient, close to Calle Salcedo. Excellent breakfast and amenities. Courteous staff I’ll stay here again when in Vigan.

This hotel has limited amenities. The breakfast served was below average. The drinking water was not provided in the room instead gonna get from water despenser outside which usually empty bottle.

很不错的，位置很好，在古城中间，去和主要景点都很近，很方便，步行即达。设施齐全，乾净，维护很好。服务热情，周到，还可以用摩托车送了人去大巴站。可惜早饭没时间吃，应该不错，在西餐咖啡厅里。
