First time in Premiera for daughters graduation. Checked in on a Friday. Very surprised and dissapointed with the Hotel Parking space since it is was still a working day so finding a parking was challenging. It was smooth at the Check-in counter on the first day. The room was clean but there was no TV. Service on the phone was quite bad could hardly get an answer immediately. Had to call several times. On the second day the room was cleaned early when we attended the graduation at the ballroom and we had clean towels and drinking water bottles. On the second night husband made an official complaint for the TV and bad service over the phone and we were upgraded to the Exec Suite. Nonetheless cannot complaint of the strategic location and beautiful KL view during the day or at night. Hope Premiera can improved better. Thank you.

Nice location. The food is really good.I like the lounge area and it's very clean. I highly recommend for long staycation.

Stay here for 1 night recently. Room are okay, just carpet quite dirty (picture attached) No hotel slipper provided. Astro channel on TV no sounds. Breakfast are good.

酒店的位置特别好，离双塔步行10分钟左右，酒店周围很方便，吃饭和Shopping到处都是，房间很大，也很乾净，早餐也不错！

They could have topped up the breakfast when items had finished. Had to keep asking for stuff ??

办理入住时有点不愉快，一会説2点一会3点
我坐着等入住时，另外一个马来人到了直接就办理入住了，当时是一点出头，没到2点。
然后我就过去问前台，是不是可以办理入住了，她点头表示同意。

没有拖鞋和牙刷，需要打电话，英语不好的慎重。花洒及其差，水是滴下来的，很难达到开心洗澡的感觉。
窗外景色还是可以的。
