My husband and I just love coming back to Hotel Villa Bellavista once again! Our accommodations were immaculate, the view outstanding and location very quiet and convenient. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful flowers, plants and fruit trees which the staff tend to daily. Hotel Villa Bellavista is a traditional family-run hotel and the owners are so helpful with any questions you may have. Breakfast on the terrace is an experience in itself with unparalleled views and a variety of tasty items to choose from. The hotel also offers a half board option (a great value) which includes a delicious dinner on that incredible terrace. Can you imagine the view in the evening - just magical!!! The hotel also offers boat tours along the Amalfi coast and Capri. Both were a wonderful experience! Can't wait to go back!

I have now stayed here 8 times with my husband. It is like being in a dream, every time we visit. Many things are attractive for us here: the central Amalfi Coast location, delicious food, cleanliness, the swimming pool, the helpfulness and kindness of the on-site staff who were born and raised here. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

There are a number of reasons why my husband and I keep coming back: 1. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms 2. Breakfast on the terrace with the incredible view 3. The owners of this family-run hotel who are so helpful and accommodating 4. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful flowers, plants and fruit trees which are tended to daily 5. The location is quiet and convenient - close to bus stop, shops, etc. 6. The hotel offers boat tours along the Amalfi coast and another to Capri. We took both and enjoyed them immensely! 7. The hotel also offers a half-board option (a great value) which includes a delicious dinner on that amazing terrace. Can you imagine the view in the evening - just magical!

The property was as we expected. The views from the room were amazing. As others have noted, you need to be prepared for a lot of stairs but we managed without to much difficulty.
My only suggestion to the hotel is to include an a-la carte menu for dinner and not restrict to their set menus.

There’s a reason this is my 11th or 12th stay at Villa Bella Vista, Praiano, Italy. Actually there are 5 reasons! 1. Unparalleled beauty overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Faraglioni Rocks of Capri. 2. This establishment is impeccably clean. 3. The food, should you pick half board for dinner, consists of a four course meal, with foods of the region. I personally (obviously) love it, with garden fresh fruits and vegetables. 4. It’s safe, quiet, and peaceful. 5. The owners. They are wonderful, hard working people. This is my home away from home! Finally, understand that Italians are a hardy group of people, and are one of the top groups known for their longevity. There are many stairs uphill and down. If you have a mobility problem, remember this. Next year? Can’t wait!!!

Ich hatte ein sch?nes Zimmer mit privatem Balkon. Die R?ume sind zwar klein, haben aber einen unvergleichlichen Blick aufs Meer zum Sonnenuntergang. Man muss zur Hauptstra?e und zum Strand viele Stufen meistern, aber das ist überall so an der Amalfiküste. Der Pool ist extrem klein., das Essen mittelm??ig.

Siamo stati presso questo Hotel per un weekend. Volevamo visitare la costiera Amalfitana. L'hotel si trova in un punto strategico per raggiungere in breve tempo sia Positano che Amalfi, la fermata dell'autobus vicinissima. La signora Adele molto disponibile nel darci consigli e indicazioni per raggiungere le nostre mete. Ultimo giorno di pioggia, ci ha gentilmente anche prestato un ombrello per non bagnarci. Camera pulita e completa di tutto il necessario. Lo consigliamo per un viaggio di coppia.

This villa is run from a family who are real genuine natured hosts who make sure you come back there! My stay at Villa Bellavista was one of a kind! This villa is located in a beautiful spot on the Amalfi cost.The building of this harmonious villa lives up to its local traditions and culture. It shows in its decorations by maiolica tiles and a variety of trees, plants and flowers, exotic and citrus fruits, which give you a fresh and waking smell. This switches you immediately in a good mood! Once you go inside a big hall with a large balcony appears straight on the sea with a stunning view. This villa is looked after into the most tiny details to make sure guests experience welcoming, comfort and safety. Sometimes it made me feel lazy enough not to leave the place to go round about, as I could just sit there enjoying the pleasant atmosphere and have all the attentions you can get from a kind and friendly staff. Breakfast is a real treat! There is a buffet which offers you sweet and savoury tastes, from croissant filled up with chocolate nutella, chantilly and pasticcera creams to muffins and different doughnuts, warm sourdough bread and rolls, different hams, salami and cheeses, salads, fruits and different drinks, coffee and cappuccino. Of all these goodies, you can get as much as you please. I had such a good breakfast that I could skip lunch and eat again straight to dinner.... Dinner time is quite a good time to eat local food and specialties made sometimes from the grandad of the house.... Then you have time to get dressed and go out to enjoy the many beautiful places along the coast, which are not so far away. You can go dancing to the Africana club, which is hosted by an imposing Saracen tower, standing straight up over the see against the sky with a beautiful moon and stars shooting a magical light, like a cuddle over you.. making you feel like you are almost living in a dream. Or you can move to Amalfi, Atrani or Positano, where night time is very much live for late hours. You can enjoy these places in its architecture of the duomo at Amalfi and the stunning walks around it. Recently at Positano, after several digs they have been able to open a museum to show you the life and the activities of the Roman and Medieval time by an interesting crypt and the remains of a Roman villa. Villa Bellavista also has a small swimming pool which lies surrounded by lemon trees that give off a fresh and crispy smell giving you the best aromatherapy you can get. From the villa you can also go straight down to swim in a beautiful fjord which has also a live water spring hiding amongst the cliff and can enjoy yourself by snorkeling, surrounded by small little fishes. In short staying here is like taking your home with you but enjoying a different landscape and nature ... surrounded by genuine and friendly perfect hosts, Adele, Sonia, Rosa, Lorenzo and the little Ginevra! Enjoy your stay!!!

Attention à votre réservation ! L'h?tel est disponible sur le site Booking qui délègue au prestataire Bedsonline. Ce qui n'est pas clairement indiqué sur le site. Quand nous sommes arrivés à l'h?tel, notre réservation de chambre avec vue sur mer via Booking, effectuée il y a six mois tout de même, s'était transformée comme par magie en réservation de chambre normale et donc moins chère, au dernier moment. Le fameux prestataire avait donc annulé notre réservation quinze jours avant (selon les dires de l'h?telier) sans nous informer et donc sans nous dédommager. Dans le même temps, la dite chambre avait bien été à nouveau louée pour d'autres clients. Pratique... L'h?tel ne voulait pas non plus offrir de compensation car le changement n'était pas de son fait disait-il. Ce qui veut dire qu'il accepte de travailler avec un prestataire non fiable au détriment des clients et qu'aucun mécanisme automatique de compensation n'est mis en place. Devant notre insistance et après une discussion assez pénible, l'h?tel a consenti à faire un geste commercial. Au retour, nous avons écrit à Booking, notre site de réservation, mais sa réponse a été qu'il comprend notre déception mais qu'il se dégage de toute responsabilité et nous renvoie vers l'h?tel et vers le prestataire Bedsonline. Très pratique aussi. Cependant quand je leur demande le contact et les références de mon dossier auprès de celui-ci, je n'ai pas de réponse. C'est ce qu'on appelle un super service au client.

Все очень понравилось! Отель находится в бесподобном месте! Праяно подходит тем, кто не любит толп туристов. Очень спокойное, аутентичное местечко. Хозяева отеля очень гостеприимные, все вопросы решаются моментально. Особо хочу отметить кухню. Мы отдыхали семь дней, ни разу вечернее меню не повторялось. Попробовали настоящую итальянскую кухню, все было очень вкусно. Имеется пляж, до которого нужно спустится по лестнице, но в этом только польза для здоровья. На дворе конец сентября, но я до сих пор нахожусь под впечатлением этих мест. Всем советую, и главное отель полностью соответствует цена - качество, даже лучше. Очень бюджетный вариант. Спасибо большое хозяевам за наш прекрасный отдых!
