Guest：Customer service was excellent. Check in was smooth.

Guest：not my fav Not my favorite Courtyard- will not stay here again. Seems like an older building, weird smells here and there. Do not stay on road side otherwise you will hear sirens all night long- needs better windows apparently. Stayed for 2 night had them move my room second night- they were very helpful with that. Second night much quieter. Workout room had no cups for water and such an easy fix should never run out and the workout towels smell really bad. Housekeeping leaves the garage bags for small cans in room lying there-waiting for ME to put them in I guess? Water pressure super low in shower.
Guest：On the day of our visit, we found that check-in was courteous and fast. We found the Staff, pleasant and helpful. Our assigned room was ready, clean and came with a roll-in shower as needed. It was located on the street-side of the building and suffered from traffic sounds until 10 PM where the sounds began to settle-down for the evening. Rooms overlooking the courtyard and the backside are very quite. Next-day, we sauntered into the hotel's cafe mid-morning and enjoyed a very delicious sandwich. The hotel is located in an area blessed with a wealth of shops and restaurants. Overall, we had a pleasant visit and would do it again.
