饭店柜台客服人员亲切有礼貌，饭店内的设施也都相当好，床铺舒适，房间内部乾净整洁，早餐的选择性也多样，现场厨师的蛋料理就有五种可供选择，有太阳蛋、欧姆蛋、半熟蛋、全熟水煮蛋以及炒蛋，早餐的选择也有印度料理马来西亚料理和中式料理依照喜好自助。6楼有一个露天泳池，要着泳衣就可以使用。

Verdant Hill has a special place in my heart. My now husband asked me to be his gf here and when my best friend and I wanted to have galantines, this is the place I wanted to book as I had great memories.
The staff was really friendly and they allowed us to have a late checkout as requested. Breakfas was good and the location is walkable to all the bars and restaurants.

Great hotel close to food, buses and attractions. ?Clean and tidy, excellent staff. ?Would stay again. Had a great time wandering about the city, then returning to cool down for a swim.

The hotel is in good locations lots of restaurants and Bukit Bitang nearby. Only thing I hoped they change the carpet. The breakfast is awesome with lots of varieties.

Within walking distance of several attractions, good size room with tea and coffee availability. ?Good service, quiet location. ?No problems.

Hotel near Julan Alor. Breakfast buffet are good and have a lot of choices. Check-in services are good and staff are polite and helpful.

We stayed at Verdant hill hotel for 5 days. Everything was great-the room, the breakfast and extremly helpful personnel at the reception.
Convenion place of conditioner in the room, comfy bed. We did not use the hotel pool as the entrance is not comfortable for people with reduced mobility, but overall the hotel is great. We stayed in the room on 19 floor-fantastic views. Reccommend

Excellent location for local site seeing and very close to late night bars. Plenty of food options nearby too. The hotel was a good price for what it is. Tue room was a decent size. The breakfast choices were ok and the staff were all quite welcoming.
